What You’ll Be Doing
* Take ownership of procurement activities across Facilities Management, Capex & Construction.
* Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with ambitious project timelines.
* Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and deliver value-driven contracts.
* Ensure compliance with governance and risk management standards.
* Be hands-on on-site, collaborating with project teams, operations, and finance to deliver successful outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experienced in Facilities Management, Capex, or Construction procurement projects.
* Comfortable managing multi-million-pound spend portfolios.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
* MCIPS / CIPS qualified or equivalent is desirable.
* Available Immediately or at Short Notice.
