We are now looking for an experienced results driven Sales Manager from a B2B telesales environment for our established Glasgow office.
You'll be responsible for hitting Revenue and Gross profit targets, Leadership & Coaching and getting the most out of our team.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing our Sales Development Representative team on the phones
* Hitting monthly revenue and Gross Profit targets
* Providing consistent coaching via numerous methods
* Training new starters
* Collaborating with key figures within the business to maximise results
* Leading by example
* Interviewing new candidates
What we are looking for in you:
* Previous B2B Sales Management experience (Minimum of 2 years)
* Proven results in a B2B environment
* Experienced working with CRM's (Salesforce experience beneficial but not essential)
* Adaptable coaching & training methods
* Previous experience in a Telecommunications environment is beneficial but not essential
* Someone upbeat, positive and motivating

What we offer:
* Basic Salary of £40k-£45k DOE
* An attractive commission structure with OTE of £75k+
