Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests to the Hospitality Suites with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
* Provide outstanding customer service, catering to guests’ needs throughout the day.
* Assist with setting up and preparing hospitality areas, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready.
* Ensure a top-tier experience by managing guest expectations and promptly addressing any queries.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver a smooth, seamless matchday service.
* Maintain cleanliness of hospitality areas throughout the day.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and the Club’s policies at all times.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is essential.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a keen interest in football.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and evenings.
* Friendly, approachable, and focused on providing an exceptional guest experience.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
