HRLife are excited to be partnering with a leading SME business who work with some of the biggest clients and names in the market. They are a people centric, geographically dispersed business who really pride themselves on high performance, client delivery and providing great products and services.
They are looking for a Senior HRBP to join their established HR team to partner with specific areas of the business to help drive and shape the people agenda with a focus on performance and engagement. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is a great opportunity to work at a senior level to support transformational change and act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.
As well as influencing, building great relationships and supporting your client group strategically, you will also have the chance to roll your sleeves up, get stuck into the detail, make process improvements, and ensure operational excellence. Whilst thinking strategically and coming up with innovative, cutting edge people related initiatives you won’t also be afraid to design a new letter template or get stuck into analysing data in excel.
You’ll have the autonomy to create people-centric solutions that support business objectives and have the opportunity to work closely with leaders to enhance engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness - helping to create a culture of continuous growth and high performance.
You’ll be involved with;
* Business Partnering with senior leaders to provide expert guidance and align people strategies with business goals
* Driving and embedding initiatives to achieve and support an inclusive workplace and positive enviable culture
* Leading organisational change management and driving broader HR projects
* Using data and insights to help shape conversations around compensation, benefits, and performance management
* Supporting senior leaders in addressing complex people relations issues and performance challenges
* Supporting leaders to achieve a high-performing environment through tailored coaching and relevant training
* Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent through a variety of different channels ensuring a great candidate experience
This is a great role for someone who has;
* Significant people business partnering experience, with strong knowledge of best practice, employment law, and industry leading initiatives
* Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives (including C-Level).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Previous experience of managing organisational change and driving new initiatives
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
A willingness to travel is required – on average you’ll be expected to travel 3-5 days a month to different sites across the UK. 3 days a week onsite (Office is Berkshire based) and 2 days at home.
Salary is 70-80k plus bonus.
