The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with our performance specialists, developers, and project managers to translate client goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. You will be based in our Leeds office full-time.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships.
* Manage day-to-day delivery of digital performance campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, display, etc.).
* Oversee website projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are managed.
* Brief internal teams (design, development, content, performance marketing) and coordinate resource allocation.
* Prepare and present reports, insights, and performance reviews to clients.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.
* Support new business pitches and proposals with input on strategy, scope, and budgets.
* Maintain an excellent understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years' experience in an account management role within a digital or performance agency.
* Knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, and web development processes.
* Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Commercially minded, with experience in budget management and forecasting.
* Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
