Finance Manager Trowbridge, Wiltshire (office-based) £50,000 Working exclusively with our client Morgan Mckinley are working exclusively with an established and growing company based in Trowbridge. They're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join their tight-knit team and play a key role in supporting both internal operations and external clients. The Opportunity: This is a commercially focused, hands-on finance role within a small but growing business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll take full ownership of day-to-day financial operations - from producing monthly management reports and balance sheet reconciliations, to overseeing VAT returns and supervising one Accounts Assistant. With a varied customer portfolio and plenty of scope for input into systems and process improvements, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys end-to-end finance and wants to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Manage one Accounts Assistant (purchase ledger, receipts, payments) Prepare monthly management accounts with commentary (accruals/prepayments etc.) Balance sheet and bank reconciliations VAT returns (in-house and client-side) Payment runs and financial reporting for multiple stakeholders Support budgeting and variance analysis Contribute to ad-hoc projects and team cover as needed What We're Looking For: Several years' experience in a finance management role Strong understanding of accounting procedures and core business principles Confident producing reports, reconciling accounts, and working to deadlines Strong Excel skills (intermediate level) Experience with AP, AR and supervising team member Detail-focused, organised, and a great communicator What's In It For You? £50,000 salary 25 days holiday bank holidays Company pension Private medical scheme (you & your family) Free on-site parking To apply for the role please contact Lucy on (phone number removed) or click on apply
