About the role The Member Engagement Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Member Engagement Desk. This position will be responsible for all transactions conducted during their shift which includes but is not limited to, accurate eftpos procedures, program, venue and membership enquiries, and processing the enquiries with our systems, as well as complaints handling. Whether in person, via phone or email you will ensure patrons receive a friendly, focused and fulfilling service. Current First Aid Certificate A valid NSW Working with Children Check Commencing salary: $30.90 per hour, plus 12% Superannuation, plus casual loading and weekend penalities (where applicable) This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW.
