TheTechnicalLead-Repairis responsible for supporting thedevelopment and implementationof repairs for the gas turbine engine fleet. The team is instrumental in supportingrepairshops to meet financial targets and enhancing theirrepaircapability.
TheRepairEngineer is an individual contributor who will work to make decisions, apply concepts, and resolve issues on assigned projects guided by established business policies, procedures, standards, and best practice.
Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Experienced in developing and implementingrepairsolutions for gas turbine components to meet both short-term operational demands and long-term business objectives. Skilled in analysing non-conformances and substantiating component repairs in support of engine overhauls. Adapt at recommending inspection methods, modifyingrepairdocumentation, and updating enginerepairmanuals.
Key Competencies:
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and applying GD&T principles, including tolerance stack-up analysis.
