Job Summary
Bradford Council is expanding its provision for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)and they are now seeking experienced casual SEND Learning Support Assistants to support children with Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across primary and secondary schools in the Bradford District.

Main Responsibilities
•Support students with Special education needs in resourced provisions.
•Assist with learning and development across primary or secondary age ranges.
•Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
•Help students build skills to achieve their full potential.
Essential Skills
•Experience in supporting students with Special education needs.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children
•Fluency in English
•Ability to work well within a team and contribute to an inclusive school culture.
•Awareness of Principles of Keeping Children Safe in education
