We are looking for a skilled and motivated *Welder* to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where quality, efficiency and safety are at the heart of everything you do.
Working closely with the Production Leader, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded products that meet customer expectations and production deadlines. You’ll play an important role in achieving agreed efficiency levels across the factory and will liaise with colleagues across departments to support a true “one team” approach. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work across Prep, Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly or Despatch, with full training provided.
You’ll be expected to follow all safety procedures, maintain excellent housekeeping standards, complete daily performance trackers, and report any damaged equipment promptly. MIG/TIG Welding qualification
