Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. The expected OTE will be between £22,000-£60,000 pa.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
* Managing telephone and email enquiries from eager tenants.
* Registering enquiries and efficiently scheduling appointments.
* Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
* Coordinating seamless move-ins for new tenants.
* Handling various payments, including deposits and first month's rent.
* Performing occasional property inspections when necessary.
* Collaborating closely with the dynamic Lettings team.
* Nurturing your ambitions for career progression within the company.
* Fulfilling any other duties deemed necessary to support the team.
