Job Description
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.Accurately record production data and maintain detailed logs.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.The Successful Applicant
A successful Operator should have:
A strong technical background in the manufacturing, oil & gas or renewable sector.Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesWhat's on Offer
