What you will be doing

In this role, you will:
Apply systems engineering principles to investigate and resolve complex problems across safety, quality, customer and business requirements.
Define and interpret technical requirements, product documentation and verification strategies across the full product lifecycle.
Engineer and integrate complex systems (electro, fluid, thermal, mechanical), considering interactions from component to platform level.
Develop innovative, optimised solutions using new technologies, managing risk in a highly regulated environment.

The ability to analyse complex technical challenges, apply logical and innovative thinking, and make sound decisions balancing both technical and business factors.
Familiarity with product integrity, reliability, and certification frameworks within highly regulated environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.

We are an equal opportunities employer. Were committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment. We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives which are crucial to innovation and problem solving. We believe the more diverse perspectives we have, the more successful well be. By building a culture of caring and belonging, we give everyone who works here the opportunity to realise their full potential.
