Bluestones Supply Chain Glasgoware currently seeking an experiencedPayroll Administratorto join our client based in Bellshill, this role will involve dealing with compliance as well as payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inputting payroll data accurately into the payroll system
* Verifying that all payroll information is complete and correct before processing
* Ensuring all candidate records are compliant with internal and external requirements
* Adding new starters to the payroll and HR systems
* Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a payroll or administrative role in a temporary recruitment agency is preferred however not essential
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Comfortable using payroll and data systems
* Knowledge of compliance procedures is an advantage
