A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Leeds. The Quantity Surveyor The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with senior team members to deliver cost consultancy and contract administration services at all stages of the project lifecycle. This role offers exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties, providing a strong foundation for progression towards senior-level responsibilities. The role will involve preparing cost estimates, assisting with procurement, carrying out valuations, and supporting contract negotiations.
