Key aspects of the role:
Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily external and internal refurbishments, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
* Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
* Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
* Using your knowledge of Kitchens & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, EWI, Solar and more.
What you'll need:
* Strong experience in Social Housing - primarily refurbishment, not new build
* CSCS Card
* Level 4
* SMSTS
* Scaffold Inspection
* Asbestos Awareness
* First Aid at work
* UK Driving Licence
* Right to work in the UK
