Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in updating clients and introducers.
2. Issue draft contracts on sales.
3. Draft financial statements on sales.
4. Deal with redemption statements from lenders.
5. Chase and diarise enquiries on sale.
6. Chase and diarise purchase contracts.
7. Deal with sale enquiries.
8. Chase and diarise purchase replies to enquiries.
9. Assist with exchanges.
10. Send exchange letters.
11. Send completion letters.
12. Check secondary forms.
13. Set up financial completion packs on sales.
14. Provide administrative support to the Conveyancers.
