Job Description
We are looking for an engineer who is committed to delivering a world-class building services maintenance offering, operating safely, compliantly and in line with ISS technical standards, while contributing to account and segment performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for commercial and domestic gas, heating and HVAC systems
2. Carry out fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation works across client sites
3. Ensure compliance with ISS technical policies, procedures and Safe Systems of Work
4. Contribute to achievement of relevant account, segment or country technical KPIs
5. Complete works in line with strict Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments and method statements
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company standards
7. Act as a professional representative of ISS when engaging with customers and stakeholders
8. Support a world-class building services maintenance provision across the region
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Qualifications
Commercial Gas Qualifications, including Commercial Core Safety:
9. COCN1 or CODNC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
Domestic Core Gas Qualifications:
10. CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1
11. City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or a related mechanical engineering discipline
12. Gas Safe Registered
13. IPAF / PASMA
14. Full UK Driving Licence
Experience
15. Experience delivering commercial gas, combustion and heating maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance and installation
16. Proven experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance
17. Experience working within FM or building services environments in commercial properties
18. Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
