Vision for Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistants to work in a local secondary school.
About the role and school
This role involves working in subject classrooms across KS3 and KS4, supporting students with various educational needs under the guidance of class teachers. You will promote learning with enthusiasm and a caring approach, across subjects including Maths, English, and Science. Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential; knowledge or experience with children is desirable. You should have strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, and be capable of completing tasks to a high professional standard independently.

Requirements
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school or similar setting.
* Experience working with smaller nurture groups to improve attainment.
* A genuine desire to join a committed team of school staff.
* Ideally, experience in delivering Mathematics and English.
