Financial Planning Administrator, Nottingham
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners and building strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive and professional client experience.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular contact.
* Coordinating with operational teams on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data updates.
* Preparing meeting packs and valuations as needed.
* Assisting investment managers with new business pitches and presentations.
* Maintaining back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent to GCSE in England.
* Previous administrative experience.
* Experience working in the financial services industry.
* A strong client service ethic.
* Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
