Heal Coffee in Harrogate is looking for enthusiastic team members to join our growing lifestyle store. This role is primarily focused on retail, where you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in finding the perfect products and ensure the shop floor looks inviting at all times.
Our store offers a carefully curated selection of gifts, homeware, and cards - chosen for their quality and the stories behind them. You will help share those stories with our customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
In addition to your retail responsibilities, you will also work in the cafe by serving drinks and pastries. Full training will be provided, so previous barista experience is not required (though it's a bonus if you have it).
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
* Maintaining high standards of store presentation
* Processing transactions using a tablet-based point of sale system
* Working in the coffee bar, preparing and serving drinks and pastries
About You
* Previous retail experience (essential)
* Strong communication and people skills
* Attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Comfortable using technology for sales and transactions
* Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
