What youll do
* Updating support plans with your customers and coordinating our lead Support Coordinator.
* Working with people aged 18+ who may of experienced homelessness
* Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Cuppas, chats and catch ups. Theres no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.
