Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Planning Data Analyst located in Oxford. The HR and Planning Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Tasks will include generating reports, conducting data integrity audits, and collaborating with different departments to meet their data needs. The analyst will also assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement within HR operations.
Qualifications
* Experience with Data Analysis, Data Collection, and Data Interpretation skills
* Competency in generating reports and conducting data integrity audits
* Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
* Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with various departments
* Understanding of HR operations and strategic planning
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR Management, or related field
* Experience in an academic setting or with HR data analysis is a plus
