🚀 The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Client Services to lead and grow our Client Services function.


🤝 This Is a Senior Leadership Role With Responsibility For

* Owning and nurturing key client relationships
* Driving account growth and long-term partnerships
* Overseeing campaign delivery and commercial performance
* Playing a key role in new business and agency growth

You’ll lead, mentor and develop the Client Services team, setting clear standards for briefing, planning, cost management and communication. Working closely with Strategy, Creative and Production, you’ll ensure client challenges are clearly defined, solutions are commercially sound, and work is delivered to a high standard.

You’ll also be central to pitches and new business, helping shape proposals and confidently presenting compelling solutions to prospective clients.

đź§  Key Responsibilities


đź’Ľ Client Leadership & Account Growth

* Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted commercial partner
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand services
* Drive client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnerships
* Lead key client meetings and performance reviews


👥 Client Services Team Leadership

* Lead, mentor and develop the Client Services team at all levels
* Set and maintain high standards for briefing, timing plans and cost estimates
* Ensure consistent, professional communication across all client touchpoints
* Support career development and performance management


🎨 Campaign & Delivery Oversight

* Oversee campaign delivery across accounts — on brief, on time and commercially sound
* Ensure briefs are clear, insightful and aligned to client objectives
* Support teams in resolving delivery challenges and resourcing pressures


đź’° Commercial & Operational Responsibility

* Own revenue and profitability across accounts
* Lead forecasting, pipeline management and retention targets
* Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting
* Contribute to agency-wide planning and resource allocation at leadership level


🚀 New Business & Agency Growth

* Lead and support new business enquiries, proposals and pitches
* Help define client problems and shape strategic, creative and production-led solutions
* Present confidently to prospective clients and partners
* Build and maintain a strong industry network to support growth

You're a commercially minded client leader who understands both the relationship and delivery sides of agency life. You know how to build trust, inspire teams, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You’re confident at senior stakeholder level, comfortable making decisions, and skilled at turning experience into practical action — improving processes, raising standards and helping teams do their best work.

Collaborative by nature, you believe great client service and great creative work go hand in hand, and you’re motivated by building strong teams, growing accounts and shaping the future of the agency.


âś… Required Experience & Skills

* Senior client services or account leadership experience within an agency
* Proven track record of growing accounts and managing key client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness (budgeting, forecasting, profitability)
* Experience leading and developing client services teams
* Confidence briefing, planning and overseeing multi-channel campaigns
* Strong presentation and pitch experience
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
