Position: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of intermediate track / multi-track personal injury claims, predominantly road traffic accident (RTA) matters, typically valued between £25,000 and £125,000. You will manage cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from initial review through to settlement or conclusion, with appropriate supervision where required. The role involves regular liaison with a range of stakeholders, including solicitors, defendants, councils, and clients, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
