Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don't do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

The Procurement function is undergoing an exciting transformation journey, deploying best in class processes, ensuring an innovative, reliable and cost-efficient supply chain that can grow with M Group to support delivery of our strategy.

What will you be doing?

* You'll be Implementing divisional procurement strategies aligned with Group goals.
* Managing key suppliers to ensure performance and value.
* You'll be collaborating with Group Procurement to streamline supplier networks.
* You'll oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Building strong relationships with teams and provide procurement expertise.
* You'll need to ensure compliance with policies and oversee supplier onboarding.
* Consistently driving improvements and promote sustainable, innovative practices.
What you'll bring:

* We'll need you to have experience in procurement, supply chain, or category management in matrix structures.
* You'll bring strong skills in negotiation and contract management.
* We'll need you to be proficient in ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, etc.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
* We'll need you to have knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and risk management.
