For new opening:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food production while assisting with managers.
Duties
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.
* ensure adherence to safety standards and culinary excellence.
* Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
* Implement and enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organisation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
* A passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£17.08 per hour
Expected hours: 12.95 – 13.25 per week
