The Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant at Hampton Wick, you'll be the face of Sigma Sports, guiding customers through everything from choosing their first road bike to upgrading their setup. You'll combine expert product knowledge with genuine passion to deliver an outstanding experience every time.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing expert advice on bikes, components, and accessories
* Conducting bike sizings and recommending the right fit for every customer
* Driving sales and building long-term customer relationships
* Keeping on top of the latest cycling products, trends, and technologies
* Managing stock, inventory, and customer orders efficiently
* Keeping the store looking its best: organised, fully stocked, and visually on point
* Collaborating with a passionate, supportive team
About You
* Strong knowledge of bikes, components, and accessories
* A genuine passion for cycling
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and a great team player
* Experience with inventory management systems is a bonus
