Assistant Centre Manager Required for a busy Fastfit Centre in Dumfries. Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to progress into a supervisory role? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive service centre in Kilmarnock for the position of Assistant Centre Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to support daily operations, lead a professional team, and deliver outstanding customer service within a busy environment.

Duties
* Assist the Centre Manager with the smooth running of the service centre
* Help manage workloads, staffing levels, and operational targets
* Monitor and control stock levels effectively
* Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained
* Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards
* Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
* Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
* Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
