Are you ready to play a key role in shaping a new and inspiring early years setting? We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Nursery Manager to join us at our brand-new nursery, opening soon.
As our Assistant Manager, you'll support the Nursery Manager in launching and running the nursery to the highest standards. From day-to-day operations to team leadership and compliance, you'll play a vital role in building a thriving setting from the ground up.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting nursery setup and helping to embed routines, policies, and the EYFS framework
Leading and mentoring a passionate staff team
Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals
Taking full responsibility in the Nursery Manager's absence
Driving occupancy and supporting the marketing of our new setting

?? Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with energy, experience, and a genuine love for early years care. You'll also need:
* A Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience in an early years setting
* Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to inspire a new team
* Confidence in building parent partnerships and supporting enrolment
