The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Advisor to oversee all aspects of Human Resources across our site. This is a standalone, hands‑on role where you will support both management and employees while helping to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR records
* Advise managers on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
* Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, GDPR, and HR procedures
* Support payroll, Health & Safety reviews, ISO9001 audits, and employee engagement initiatives
About You
* Previous HR Advisor or HR Assistant experience
* CIPD Level 3 minimum (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication, organisation, and confidentiality skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
