What you’ll be doing
* Own preventive and reactive mechanical maintenance across a heavy industrial site
* Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults to deliver permanent reliability improvements
* Drive uptime, safety and engineering standards through structured maintenance planning
* Partner with production leadership to strengthen asset performance and reduce recurring downtime
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance environment
* Strong mechanical expertise with practical electrical fault-finding capability
* Proven success improving reliability, PM systems or maintenance standards
* Stable career history demonstrating progression and long-term commitment
