Account Manager
I'm working with a growing technology consultancy headquartered in the North East, known for delivering high-impact solutions across a wide range of public and private sector clients. As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen client relationships and drive strategic growth.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and service improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needsTo be successful in the role you will have:
3+ years of experience in an Account Manager role within an IT consultancy
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of consultancy delivery models
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work collaboratively across teamsIn this role, you'll be based in the Newcastle office on a hybrid basis, with flexibility to work remotely. Some of the benefits included with the role are listed below:
