🔧 Commercial Property Maintenance / Facilities Maintenance
A well-established commercial property maintenance and facilities management contractor based in Essex is seeking an experienced Multi Trader / Maintenance Operative / Handyman to join their expanding team, working across commercial buildings in Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for ongoing reactive maintenance and planned maintenance work with a busy and growing contractor.
Key Responsibilities – Multi Trader / Maintenance Operative:
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of building maintenance and repair works, including:
* Plumbing repairs, fixes, and basic installations
* Carpentry works (doors, frames, locks, skirting, repairs)
* General multi-trade maintenance duties
* Reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Working across commercial properties, offices, and business premises
* General handyman / building fabric maintenance tasks

Candidate Requirements – Handyman / Multi Skilled Operative:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Maintenance Operative / Handyman

* Experience in commercial maintenance / building maintenance / facilities management
* Ability to carry out reactive repairs and general property maintenance
* Full UK driving licence required
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
