As our Administrator at Practice Plus Group MSK & Spinal Service, Lincolnshire you will provide a comprehensive administration service to the unit ensuring that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient centred approach of the team.
This role will be Monday to Friday, and you will be based at North Hykeham, Lincoln.
Main duties of the job
Being a member of the administration team, working in a fast-paced environment, you will also be responsible for:
1. Ensure data confidentiality is maintained at all times
2. Contacting patients within scheduled times to book their appointments
3. Ensure all relevant information regarding their appointment is sent to patients
4. Update patient administration electronic records to reflect patient contact
5. Answering the telephones and dealing with patient or customer queries
6. Monitoring and clearing administration task lists to ensure the service meets its performance targets
7. Answering email queries from external customers or colleagues
8. Directing of discharges to the appropriate service
9. Contribute to the team objective of meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
10. Maintaining the Health and Safety and cleanliness standards in the office
11. Preparation and transporting outgoing post daily (on site at Business Park)
12. Maintain compliance with mandatory training
13. Any other administrative support tasks as required
About us
You will be an experienced administrator with:
14. Previous administration experience in a similar setting
15. Competent data entry ability
16. Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages (Word/Excel)
17. Excellent Communication skills (Written and Phone)
18. Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
