Overview
Due to our continued growth, we have a full-time position available for an experienced HVAC Technician. We provide expert installation, service and maintenance on a wide variety of residential heating and cooling equipment throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Technician to our existing HVAC team. Duties include the service, repair and installation of high efficiency forced air systems, forced hot water heating systems, air conditioning systems, ductless and heat pump systems and water heaters. Experience with oil is a plus.
Must have EPA Certification, refrigerant license and a thorough understanding of HVAC equipment and controls. Journeyman License a plus. Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
* Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and repair malfunctioning gas furnaces, gas boilers, AC systems, split systems, heat pumps
* Replace existing HVAC equipment, boilers, split systems, heat pumps and water heaters
* Perform annual maintenance tune ups
* Exceed customer expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that would be in the best interest of the customer
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls and work performed
* Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
* Participate actively in all training and on-going education
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
* Boiler experience a plus
* Ability to read troubleshooting guides
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Able to communicate effectively and be professional with customers

* $38.00 - $44.00 per hour depending on experience
