Promote a range of construction products and provide expert advice. Spend 4 days per week meeting customers on-site or in their offices. Follow up leads, negotiate deals, and close new business. Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams. Always deliver first-class customer service. What Youll Need: Experience in construction sales or sector. May suit an ex-trades person who had moved into sales. Full UK driving licence. Motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. Confident using IT systems and CRM tools to track sales activity. Whats on Offer: Base Salary: £35,000 £45,000 depending on experience. Realistic annual bonus of £1,200 £2,400 - bonus paid quarterly.
