We're looking for a forward-thinking Learning Consultant to help support in the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, across AQA.
About the Role
As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our people adopt and embrace the power of AI-driven productivity tools. You'll translate complex technical capabilities into accessible, engaging, impactful learning experiences that drive real behavioural change, digital confidence and digital literacy.
This role is central to our Copilot implementation strategy, ensuring that staff are not only trained, but truly empowered to use Copilot to its full efficiently and potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the learning and change partner for the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot Chat and related AI tools.
* Design and deliver blended learning experiences that support digital adoption, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, simulations, and in-person sessions.
* Translate technical features of Copilot into learner-centric, practical use cases that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Technology, Governance Teams, and product owners to align learning with business priorities and strategic goals, defining success metrics and digital adoption success.
* Stay ahead of trends in AI, digital learning, and workplace transformation to keep our learning strategy future-ready.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in learning design or consulting, ideally within IT or digital transformation environments.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, AI tools, and enterprise platforms.
* Ability to simplify complex technical content for non-technical users.
* Expertise in blended learning methodologies and digital learning tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, System Simulations).
* Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and change management principles.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and project management skills.
