Shaw healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Homefield House in Basingstoke. You will join a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, providing the same standard we would expect for our own family members. You will be using the latest care technology that will enable you to spend more time with the service users you care for. Homefield House has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users, assisting them with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. Each day will bring a sense of satisfaction knowing you are making a difference in someone’s life.
We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme, which supports your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. We have outstanding recognition schemes such as Shaw Star Awards and Long Service Awards.

Salary: £12.00 Per hour
Working Hours: Bank 0hr contract. As/when required.
