Trinity Support & Care Services are looking for a suitably qualified and motivated individuals in Health and Social Care to join our team. Candidates must be professional and experienced with a passion for engaging with clients on a daily basis. Candidates must be self-driven, focused and diverse.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Services to lead the development, growth, and operational delivery of services across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Reporting to the Director of Operations & Governance, you will play a key leadership role in shaping service excellence, strengthening compliance, embedding quality systems, and driving continuous improvement across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across multiple services
* Drive service development, growth, and strategic initiatives
* Support and coach managers to achieve strong operational and quality outcomes
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks across NI and ROI
* Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and governance processes
* Build strong relationships with regulators, commissioners, and stakeholders
* Oversee service performance, KPIs, and organisational objectives
* Support tendering, service expansion, and new service development
* Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Minimum 4 years' senior management experience in health & social care
* Experience managing multi-site services and senior leaders
* Proven track record in regulated services, compliance, and quality improvement
* Experience working with regulators and external stakeholders
* Strong background in service development and organisational growth
Qualifications
* Degree in Health & Social Care (or related field)
* Postgraduate qualification in Leadership, Management, or similar
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks across NI and ROI
