Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Mortgage & Protection Advisors, to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients seeking mortgage / protection solutions tailored to their financial needs. Your ability to understand financial services and apply basic mathematics will be essential in helping clients navigate the mortgage process efficiently and effectively.
Duties
* Assess clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage & Insurance products.
* Provide clear explanations of various mortgage options, including fixed-rate, variable-rate, and interest-only mortgages.
* Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory changes within the mortgage industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the mortgage process.
* Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Conduct follow-ups with clients post-mortgage completion to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any queries.
Requirements
* Proven experience in financial services or a related field is highly desirable.
* CeMap Qualified - minimum of 5 years of broker experience.
* MUST HAVE OWN CLIENT BANK.
* Basic understanding of mathematics to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and client management is advantageous.
