Responsibilities
* Work collectively with the supervising solicitor to ensure the client obtains the appropriate level of compensation for personal injury and losses, in accordance with regulations and legislation.
* Accurately record evidence and data received from clients and other parties.
* Assist with drafting legal documents.
* Follow department procedures and processes, along with company policies.
* Assist the wider team in achieving its key responsibilities.
* Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies, including data confidentiality and operational security of Information Systems.

Working Hours
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am‑5.00pm. Fully office‑based in Byker, Newcastle.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
* 1 year+ paralegal or equivalent experience.
* Ability to assist with ACAS and other fast‑track cases with supervision.
* Comprehensive knowledge of RTA liability and factual causation issues.
* Knowledge of Part 7 and Part 8 procedural rules and practice directions related to Credit Hire and Vehicle Damage loss recovery.
* Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.
* Experience of effective teamwork in a commercial environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT literate.
* Commitment to personal development.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of Proclaim Case Management System (or similar).
* Previous experience within Personal Injury or other compensation claims.
