Frontline Recruitment Derby Ltd are hiring for a permanent SHEQ Manager for our reputable client based in Derby on a regular day shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long establishe production/manufacturing company at an exciting period of growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead and maintain SHEQ management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and working towards ISO 45001. * Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and manufacturing standards. * Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations. * Drive environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. * Manage quality performance, non-conformances, and corrective actions. * Deliver SHEQ training, inductions, and toolbox talks. * Act as the main point of contact for audits, regulators, and customers. Requirements * Proven SHEQ / HSEQ experience within a manufacturing environment. * Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation. * NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum). * Experience managing ISO-certified management systems. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. Desirable * NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. * Lead Auditor qualification.
