Due to continued growth and success, Apricus Resourcing are now looking to hire a Recruitment Compliance Administrator for a permanent, part time position. Our office is based in Preston City Centre with great transport links and is easy to locate from Preston Train Station. We deliver high standards of temporary staff across a full range of temporary & fixed term contracts to our clients. You will be a part of a small and ever growing team that have high aspirations to grow head count significantly over the next 12 months. Weve recently expanded the number of areas & clients that we supply into, as a result we have a requirement for a dedicated Administrator to join the team and assist with the day to day running of our compliance requirements. Location : Preston City Centre Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Working Hours: 9am-5pm (Working days to be confirmed) 15 hours per week with view to increase quite quickly Salary : £12.30 Per hour Key Duties include but are not limited to: Calling contractors to talk through compliance process Requesting References Supporting contractors with submitting their timesheets weekly Processing DBS and RTW checks Keeping records and candidate profiles up to date Ensure candidates are fully compliant before assignment start dates Adding candidate details to various platforms & client CRMs Verifying and attaching confidential documents to our internal CRM Supporting the compliance team with contractor tasks Ensuring all time-sensitive documents remain up-to-date Conducting internal audits Assisting with external audits Assisting with general candidate queries over the phone We are looking for applicants who have a positive can-do attitude and can work well under pressure, youll need experience within a similar role and will be able to work to strict deadlines. Other requirements include: Competent with Office 365 & related programmes Confident working as part of a team but also alone.
