Transport Administrator Temp ongoing Shifts, Monday to Friday 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/10am-6pm, must be flexible with start times Pay £13.26 P.H Job Description: General administration tasks Daily driver debriefs Storing/archiving documents Running and controlling reports. Weekly invoicing & Data entry Supporting the warehouse, if and when required. Communicating with internal customers and external contractors Qualities and Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of the transport industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Taco Master, Adoc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. You will have strong administrative skills and agood telephone manner and friendly personality as well as being computer literate. Previous experience working within a warehouse/transport enviromentwill be an advantage. Please note due to the nature of the product we handle security checks are required prior to employment. Requirements: No criminal records as a DBS check will be required, No CCJs as we will do a financial check Experience: Previous experience in transport coordination or a related field is preferred. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
