3. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.
5. Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to support business objectives.
6. Supervise the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
9. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
12. Proven experience in a financial management or controller role.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
