Flynn Refrigeration are on the lookout for a Marine Refrigeration Service Engineer!
We are a leading provider of Marine Refrigeration Services within the UK and Europe and have more than 35 years industry experience.
Due to customer demand, we now require a highly experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to help us deliver a range of services on-board vessels and refrigeration systems in ports across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Installation of new Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
* Compressor overhauls and troubleshooting
* Leak detection and pressure testing
* Refrigerant conversions
* General service and maintenance, including health checks.
Qualifications / Experience
The Refrigeration Service Engineer will have a minimum of 10 years experience within the Marine Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry, and will be well-organised, able to work under pressure and able to adapt to different working environments, often within short timescales.
Travel and Work Hours
As this role will cover ports across the UK, the engineer will be willing and able to travel, often for several days at a time, and will occasionally work out of standard hours.
Compensation and Benefits
In return, we're offering a highly competitive salary of £65,000 per year, a company vehicle, plus a range of benefits on completion of a probationary period. All the necessary tools and equipment, including PPE, will be provided to ensure the services can be fulfilled.
