Logistics Manager

About Our Client:

The role:
* Work closely with the UK GM, Sales Team, factories in Europe/Asia and UK 3PL partners.
* Oversee and coordinate international shipping routes between Turkey, Thailand, Australia, the USA and the UK, ensuring efficient and reliable product flow.
* Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers and 3PL warehouse providers to deliver strong service levels and operational performance.
* Ensure customs compliance, documentation and import/export processes are managed effectively across all global trade lanes.
* Drive logistics optimisation across the network, improving delivery timelines, reducing freight costs and maintaining inventory flow.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing international freight and logistics routes across multiple regions (Europe, APAC and North America).
* Strong working knowledge of global shipping, customs regulations and Incoterms to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
* Ability to coordinate complex supply chains across multiple manufacturing locations and international distribution markets.
* Track record of optimising freight costs, carrier performance and delivery timelines across global trade lanes.
* Experience managing 3PL partners, freight forwarders and warehouse providers to ensure efficient end-to-end logistics.
* Highly organised and commercially minded operator able to balance service levels, inventory flow and cost efficiency across the supply chain.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in retail, supply chain or logistics in food manufacturing.
* Detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team.
* Strong decision-making ability and effective task prioritisation.
* Excellent communicator with strong presentation and relationship-management skills.
