If so, we have an opportunity for a Junior Product Owner to join our Digital team.
The Impact you will have in this role is:
* Work with Product team to delivery Digital projects across our Own websites, 3rd party Marketplaces and omnichannel experience. You will help plan and deliver projects according to objectives.
* Create product scopes which are detail orientated, methodical and realistic; with assistance from Product team and considering Subject Matter Experts' knowledge.
* Support product team with projects, ensuring that stakeholders and those helping delivery projects are informed and working together to achieve milestones efficiently and to the requirements of the projects. This might include chairing meetings, updating JIRA, sharing communications and updates etc. Ensure you escalate issues as needed to Senior Product Team.
* Provide team with clear understanding of Product Scope and engage with relevant subject matter experts where needed.
* Ensure team are producing quality Products consistent with objectives whilst meeting required timelines. This includes QA of end to end process including designs and deploys, and management of project plans.
* Use resources available to you to gain a good understanding of our platforms and customers. Work with the teams to produce products with customer first focus.
* Set appropriate KPIs before working with the Analytics team to measure, monitor and communicate the impact of your product and how it impacts our KPIs.

As our future Junior Product Owner you will have:
* Experience working in Digital, delivering products involving multiple teams.
* Has worked in an Agile environment; setting objectives, defining requirements, backlog management and prioritisation.
* Strong colleague and customer focus with a proven track record of identifying, implementing, and delivering improvements across digital experiences.
* Building relationships with stakeholders, providing sufficient gravitas to make the decisions when needed. This requires clear communication and strong negotiation skills with an ability to translate business (both colleague and customer) needs into technical speak and vice versa.
* Understanding of Digital Product Development processes, with experience taking a product from concept to deployment.
* Project Management Tools; JIRA preferable but not necessary.
* Awareness of Retail businesses; either in-store or head offices.
