We are currently seeking a Technical Records Consultant for one of our clients, working remotely from the UK.
In this role, you will support the Technical Services team with managing and auditing technical records for aircraft assets. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance and modifications. You will also assist in lease return and acquisition projects, ensuring that technical records meet contractual and regulatory standards.
Accountabilities
* Manage and audit technical records such as Job Cards, Work Orders, Tech Logs, and EASA Form 1, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual return conditions.
* Review maintenance documents for compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and other regulatory documents.
* Update summary/status sheets in the Flydocs system for components like Engine, Landing Gear, APU LLPs, Modifications, and Structural Repairs.
* Identify and report discrepancies in technical records and traceability documents to clients.
* Support lease return and acquisition projects, monitoring project progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support aircraft transition and technical tasks.
Requirements
* Over 2 years of experience in a similar technical records or aircraft maintenance role.
* Familiarity with flydocs or similar records management platforms.
* Experience with M&E software such as AMOS, STREAM, MXI, TRAX, or ULTRAMAIN.
* Knowledge of OEM platforms like myboeingfleet.com and airbusworld.com.
* Experience working with wide and narrow-body aircraft, especially Airbus and Boeing models.
* Background in CAMO, Asset Management, or Technical Records Departments.
* Understanding of aircraft lease and acquisition processes.
